What we do

Euroleague Basketball launched its corporate social responsibility program, Euroleague for Life, during the 2006-07 season with the aim of making it an integral part of the company's mission.

Euroleague for Life is based on the belief that sport and health are important values that shape people's lives positively in a world where poverty, illness, wars and catastrophe afflict millions. By merely practicing sport, people not only feel better physically, but can escape from sometimes harsh routine and thereby feel better mentally. To those who practice it, sport brings back the joys of childhood. And through sport, people of all different walks of life can share a passion that unites them all. Through the example and cooperation of our players, teams and leagues, Euroleague Basketball seeks to encourage and motivate people to choose sport as a way of life. We are confident that out players, teams and leagues will embrace future Euroleague for Life initiatives just as they have demonstrated their full interest and collaboration in the past.
